Proof

• All runs must have video proof that contains game audio.
• Additional rules for Top 10 submissions on PC ONLY:
  • These submissions must provide the entire, unedited video that the run came from
  • Additionally, these submissions MUST provide ONE or more of the following:
    • Audible key / button presses
    • Hand cam
  • If a category has less than 10 players, the above additional rules only apply to world record submissions in that category

General Rules

Allowed Mega Hack Settings

• 2.1 - Refer to This Guide
• 2.2 - Enabling any settings outside of the Bypass, Mega Hack, and Creator sections is not allowed, aside from V-Sync and Fullscreen.

FPS Rules

• 2.1 - The FPS bypass hack and monitor FPS tricking (piepass) are both allowed. However, your FPS must be set to 360 FPS or below (highest FPS currently available on a retail monitor). FPS must be capped at the same value throughout the run, unless you are running All Map Packs.
• 2.2 - Any FPS value set in-game is allowed since the physics are consistent amongst all refresh rates

Timing Rules

• 2.2 Platformer Levels - Timing is determined by the In-Game Time displayed on the Level Complete menu.
• 2.1 Levels - Refer to the specific timing rules outlined for the category

Other Rules

• You must play on the most recent version of the level (decoration updates excluded), unless specified otherwise by the category's rules.
• Pausing for an excessive amount of time during an attempt is prohibited.
• Switching out any of the in-game music is banned. It is also preferred that any enabled texture packs only modify the player icons.
• One-to-one remapping of keyboard inputs is allowed.
